Where we operate
Five hubs across South India
Chennai
Our registered office and the base for the Tamil Nadu temple corridor, the ECR coast and the Andhra pilgrimage runs.
Bangalore
The weekend-escape hub. Ghat routes west into Coorg, Chikmagalur and Sakleshpur, and the long hauls to Goa and the Deccan.
Mysore
The wildlife and Western Ghats hub — Bandipur, Nagarahole, Kabini and the Nilgiris, plus the regional temple circuit.
Madurai
Temple-corridor and southern-tip travel — Rameswaram, Kanyakumari and the spice route.
Coimbatore
The Nilgiris and Kerala-border gateway — Ooty, Coonoor, Valparai and the Palakkad gap.
Which Urbania?
Start with how many people are travelling
Seating is the first decision, and getting it wrong is the most common reason a group ends up uncomfortable for eight hours. These are honest answers, including where a bigger vehicle is the wrong choice.
Up to 8 passengers
10 Seater 9+D
Room to spread out, and the easiest of the three on tight city lanes and hairpins.
From ₹38/km
See the 10 Seater9 – 11 passengers
13 Seater 12+D
The usual answer for a family group. Keeps a full row free for luggage.
From ₹42/km
See the 13 Seater12 – 13 passengers
13 Seater 12+D
Fills the 13 seater exactly. If you are also carrying heavy bags, take the 17 instead.
From ₹42/km
See the 13 Seater14 – 16 passengers
17 Seater 16+D
The only seater that takes the group in one vehicle. Longest of the three — we will discuss the route.
From ₹45/km

Where groups actually go
Each has a full route guide — real drive time rather than the map estimate, which seater we would send and why, the itinerary, permits and route-specific questions.
Multi-day
Circuits
Structured itineraries of several days, planned around what each place actually demands — temple timings, forest gates and darshan hours — rather than around what fits neatly on a map.

Services
How groups use the Urbania
Urbania Rental
Chauffeur-driven Force Urbania hire by the day or the trip, with the seater matched to your group rather than to whatever is free.
Outstation
Round-trip and multi-day travel charged on a minimum of 300 km per day, with driver batta and permits itemised rather than folded into the rate.
One-Way Drop
A single-direction transfer between cities. You pay for the run you use, with the return leg priced into the rate rather than charged to you twice.
Airport Transfer
Group pickups and drops with luggage space that actually fits a flight's worth of bags, and a chauffeur who tracks the landing rather than the schedule.
Corporate Travel
Delegation movement, offsites and staff transport, billed to the company with itemised statutory charges.
Wedding Transport
Guest movement between venue, hotel and station, on a schedule that holds when the event runs late.
Pilgrimage Tours
Temple circuits and darshan trips, planned around queue timings and darshan windows rather than around driving hours.
Group Tours
Family and friends travelling together in one vehicle, which is cheaper and considerably less stressful than three cars in convoy.
Local Packages
Hourly local hire within the city, on the two packages we run: 8 hours and 80 km, or 12 hours and 100 km.
