What we collect

Your name, telephone number, and the details of the trip you enquire about — dates, pickup and drop locations, passenger count and any comments you send us. We collect this when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us.

Why we collect it

To quote for your trip, to arrange the vehicle, chauffeur and permits, and to contact you about the booking. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

WhatsApp and telephony

Enquiries sent through the WhatsApp button on this site are delivered to our business number through WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to that message in transit. Calls are made over the ordinary telephone network.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party widgets. It loads no scripts from other domains.

Retention

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and statutory record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it.
