Corporate Travel

Corporate travel is judged by different criteria from family travel, and the criteria are mostly unglamorous. Nobody in a finance department cares whether the seats recline. They care whether the invoice carries the right GST details, whether it arrives in the same format every month, whether the cost centre is on it, and whether the vehicle that was booked for seven actually arrived at seven. We have built the way we handle corporate bookings around those things rather than around the vehicle.

The recurring requirement we see most is staff movement that repeats: a team shuttled between an office and a plant, a shift pattern that runs the same route daily, a project crew on site for six weeks. That work suits a standing arrangement rather than a booking each morning, and it prices differently because we can plan a vehicle and a driver around it. It also benefits from driver continuity, which is worth more than it sounds. A chauffeur who has run the same route for a month knows which gate is open at seven and which security desk needs the list in advance.

The other pattern is the visiting delegation, which is the opposite problem: high-stakes, one-off, and unforgiving of error. A client group flying in for two days of meetings needs a vehicle that is clean, on time, and driven by somebody who will not join the conversation. Discretion is part of the service on this kind of booking. Business gets discussed in the back of the vehicle, and the chauffeur's job is to be invisible.

Billing can run per trip or consolidated monthly against a purchase order, and GST is charged at the applicable rate with a proper tax invoice issued in your entity's name. If your accounts team needs cost centres, employee names or project codes on the invoice, tell us the format once and it will appear that way every month. This is administrative rather than interesting, and it is the single most common reason a corporate client moves away from an operator.

Punctuality is the whole product and we would rather be honest about what it costs. Being reliably early means the vehicle and driver are committed earlier than strictly necessary, and a rate that assumes everything runs perfectly is a rate that breaks the first time traffic does something ordinary. We plan for the traffic that actually exists on the route at the time you are travelling, not the traffic in an optimistic estimate.

Where a booking runs into the late-night window, or beyond the hours of a local package, those components are billed as separately named lines rather than absorbed silently.
