Who you are contracting with
Bookings are accepted by SARA CAB, operating from its registered office at 30/171 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Kumaran Nagar, Padi, Chennai — 600050.
Service
All hire is chauffeur-driven. Self-drive is not offered. The vehicle supplied is a Force Urbania in the seating configuration confirmed at booking; we may substitute an equivalent or larger seater at no additional cost where operationally necessary.
Pricing
Fares shown are indicative starting rates. The final charge is based on real-time usage — distance, hours or days, tolls, parking and permits. Outstation trips are charged on a minimum of 300 km per day. Driver batta is ₹1,000 per day; late-night batta of ₹1,000 applies between 22:00–05:59. GST at 5% applies to the total.
Outstation trips are charged on a minimum of 300 km per day whether or not that distance is run. Driver batta of ₹1,000 per day applies between 06:00–22:00; late-night batta of ₹1,000 applies between 22:00–05:59.
Charged at actuals
- Tolls and FASTag, against receipts kept by the chauffeur
- Interstate permits and state entry taxes
- Parking at monuments, airports and national parks
- Hill station charges where levied
Permits and routes
Interstate permits are obtained before dispatch. Certain hill and forest routes are subject to state permit windows, night-traffic bans and seasonal closure; we confirm viability for the Urbania at the time of booking. Routing, timings and stops remain subject to road, weather, traffic and permit conditions, and to the chauffeur's judgement on ghat sections.
Payment
An advance confirms your booking; the balance is due before or at the start of the trip. Accepted methods: Cash, UPI, Bank transfer.

Conduct, cleaning and damage
Smoking and alcohol consumption in the vehicle are not permitted. Cleaning and damage charges are levied at cost where the vehicle is returned in a condition requiring more than normal servicing.
Liability
The vehicle and passengers are insured as required by law. We are not liable for delay, loss or missed connections arising from traffic, weather, road closure, breakdown, strike, or any other cause outside our reasonable control.
Trademark
Force Urbania is a trademark of Force Motors Ltd. SARA CAB is an independent rental operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a dealer for Force Motors Ltd. We use the model name descriptively to identify the vehicles in our fleet.
