Percentages below are of the advance paid, not of the whole fare.

| More than 48 hours before pickup | free, full refund |
| 24-48 hours before pickup | 25% retained |
| 6-24 hours before pickup | 50% retained |
| Less than 6 hours before pickup, or no-show | 100% retained |
Advance
An advance confirms your booking; the balance is due before or at the start of the trip.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Payment-gateway charges on the refund, and any third-party cost already incurred on your behalf, are non-refundable.
Waiting time
Free waiting time and the charge beyond it are being confirmed and are not published here yet. We will not state a figure we have not confirmed.
